Probably not. Despite their similar racist, homophobic, and violent overtones; professional wrestling still maintains a strong carny streak that black metal never had. Maybe it's because Norwegians are, at heart, a polite people who would never jack knife power bomb someone through a table, or maybe it's because guitars are cooler than sweaty guys sweating on one another, but I doubt that the independent wrestling scene will get a boost in interest from the new Mountain Goats album, "Beat The Champ." Oh well, the first song from the album is great and I can't wait to review it come April.
I wonder if X-Pac did guest vocals?
