We Need To Talk About the New Sony Walkman

Hey, are you a 40 year old audiophile with 1200 dollars to burn? Then the Sony Walkman ZX2 is for you good sir. Sony's new walkman has 128 GB of storage, a microSD (if you're the one guy who's saying, "I need more room on this  $1200 walkman!"), Bluetooth, a gold headphone jack, compatibility with nearly every available digital audio format including MP3, WMA, WAV, AAC, Apple Lossless, AIFF, FLAC, and DSD, and the ability to upgrade "lossier" formats like mp3.

The reported reason for the high price tag is that it utilizes something called a S-Master HX digital processor that makes all your pirated music sound totally bitchin!

Sony referred to the ZX2 as "the fruit of continuous refinement in high audio quality technologies." Which is exactly what I would say if I wanted to rip off baby boomers with disposable income.
